Know every carrier on your network. Every day.
KYCarrier watches every partner you accept traffic from against the FCC's own records, around the clock, and keeps the receipt.
Built inside a working wholesale carrier. Launching with a design partner on 66 live carriers.
Banks know their customers. Carriers have to know their carriers.
Every wholesale voice provider is responsible for the traffic it accepts. The FCC's records on your partners change every week, and nobody emails you when they do. Carrier KYC is checking who you're trunked to against those records, every day, with proof.
Three FCC sites and a spreadsheet
Accurate the day it was made. One carrier at a time, three tabs each, and no record of what you saw.
Goes stale by springA generic KYC vendor
Great at passports and beneficial owners. Has never heard of a Form 499 or the RMD.
Doesn't speak telecomCall analytics and reputation
Scores the number and the call. Says nothing about the company behind the trunk.
Wrong layerCarrier KYC, built on the FCC's own data
Every partner checked daily across all three sources, every finding dated and screenshotted, the annual KYC run for you, and new carriers the day they register.
Made by people who run a switchA partner gets removed on a Tuesday. You hear about it from a traceback.
Their traffic keeps terminating through your switch the whole time. KYCarrier turns two weeks of exposure into one email, before your first call of the day.
Four jobs. One record per carrier.
Monitor is the anchor. Onboard, Renew and Radar run on the same carrier records, so nothing is typed twice and nothing goes unchecked.
Reports changes, not just status: removed from the RMD, STIR/SHAKEN dropped to Partial, 499 lapsed, legal name or FRN changed, recertification over a year old. Quiet days get no email.
Type an FRN and the form fills itself. The carrier gets a private KYC link and signs the NDA online. CEO, COO and carrier relations approve in one place.
Pre-filled links, section-by-section confirmation, reminders that go monthly, then weekly, then daily. Every submission is a numbered, permanent version.
The FCC file has no registration date; we derive it from filing order. See STIR/SHAKEN status, roles and location, flag shell-company patterns like shared addresses, and add a lead as a prospect in one click.
Every finding comes with a receipt.

Fill in your KYC once. Share a Passport with every partner.
Every carrier answers the same questions for every partner, every year. A KYCarrier Passport is your verified, versioned profile: FCC records checked daily, ownership, references and agreements confirmed section by section. One link instead of a PDF, and partners on KYCarrier get updates automatically.
Carriers whose Passport clears every check earn Grade A, with a badge for your site and rate decks. The grades borrow the attestation levels the industry already knows.
Priced on the carriers you monitor, not the people who log in.

What carriers ask us
Anything else: hello@kycarrier.com
Where does the data come from?
Three public FCC sources: the Form 499 Filer Database, the Robocall Mitigation Database and CORES. Monitor reads them directly, with no AI in the loop, and shows you the page it read. The 499 database reloads monthly; the RMD changes as providers file.
Is a KYCarrier result legal advice?
No. It's information from public records, with the evidence and date for every finding, so your compliance team and counsel can make the call. FCC data can be late or wrong, which is why every check keeps a screenshot.
What happens when the FCC changes a page layout?
The parser notices it can't read the page and marks the check a crawl error instead of reporting a false pass. A second fetcher retries, and we fix the parser.
Where is my partners' KYC information stored?
In your own workspace, separated from every other customer by database-level access rules. KYC forms, uploads and signed NDAs are yours. Public FCC data is the only thing shared across customers.
Can other carriers see who I do business with?
No. Your carrier list is private. A Passport is shared only when its owner sends it.
Who built this?
KYCarrier started as the internal tool of a US wholesale voice carrier that was tired of checking three FCC sites by hand. It has run daily against a live carrier list since September 2026.
Be monitored by tomorrow morning.
We're onboarding wholesale carriers in order. Tell us how many partners you carry and we'll set up your workspace, import your list and run the first scan with you.
